Hope you enjoy.
I was thinking about posting a 2016 photos of the year, but it just seemed to be too redundant. I've been little bit lazy about this monthly photo highlights, but I promise myself to be more consistent.
Hope you enjoy.
It's a shame going through the stuff from December many times, and not seeing much of photos that can go on the slideshow. Have to step up for January for sure though.
Hope you enjoy.
It's been long I have posted. Things have been slow.
One of the highlights during the time was the trip to Albuquerque for balloon festival. I try to plan two travels per year and it fulfilled it. It was tough waking up right before 4 in the morning, but the scenery was absolutely worth every penny I have spent on the trip.
Polishing portraits is still a struggle. Either I miss the pose or the lighting, I haven't seem to find what is a 'decent' portrait yet..
When I collect the photos for blogs, I have been really stressed out about it. I haven't been satisfied any bit than last year or year before; but I think it's a good sign to work harder.
Thanks for looking.
Found myself many Rams practices in August. Vacation to Vancouver was a great refreshment away from daily routines. Hope you enjoy.
It was a hot and crazy month- from eight hour walk at West Newport on the 4th, several concerts in LA County through couple all-day work at US Open of Surfing. Oh, and living in Orange County for more than a decade, it was my first time visiting the Fair. Shots were short from expected, but I saw nail bit of progress. Hope you enjoy!
Another late post: Lots, and lots of graduation shot on the month of June. Portraits are still tough to handle.. Still not sure what a good one is. Just seem to not satisfy with one. Have to move on and shoot.. Hope you enjoy.
It's a late post.. Had some up and downs, and many celebrations were happening with end of sports seasons and graduations. Hope you enjoy.
It was a wild month-- from baseball Opening Night to wrap up with wild Trump rally.
Fun here and there even though I'm bit exhausted. Always thankful for it.
Hope you enjoy!
"The Boy" wasn't here all March.
Glad majority of the month have been cooler and not burning myself out in the sun. Winter sports of high schools were wrapping up, but didn't work at the days of championship games, so no happy, plaque-raising kids fotos.
I wouldn't say the month wasn't really down or up. Had some bad days, but had lucky and good days on the other side.
Baseball season is coming and so as hockey playoffs. It'll be an interesting one.
Even though I've earned an extra day of the year, February was just a straight-up, struggling month.
It was a sports-heavy month-- from shooting mugs and somewhat of celebrations at signing day, going to HS basketball, soccer, and girls water polo games and so on. Finally went to some Ducks games as well. Overall, something didn't click on my head during the assignments and I didn't seemed to get what I'd expect to myself for the least.
I really need to kick myself back for some different photos on March. Rain is expected next week and maybe it could be 'The Boy'. Am also going to plan some nature trips as well.
Thanks for checkin', will be back with better stuff for sure.
Wow, January went by fast.. As I'm still unsure it's the brand new year, tons of my folders are still written as 2015 until this week(have to fix them soon).
It was a busy, and a disappointing month-- had to make up many things that I couldn't have done on December and friends and family stayed at my mancave. I wasn't concentrating enough and 31 days went by like a click of shutter with me writing this on the 31st.
The new year resets and triggers me to plan new objectives and tackling them. I wanted to get some remote works done. With many disappointments at Ducks games, I had opportunities to set some remotes up at some colleges basketball games and ended up with some decent results. Still working on not-so-unique, but different angles.
I'm resetting myself again going into February.
Wish me luck.
Here are some of my faves from year 2015; Hope you enjoy!
Here are some of my faves from this year's high school football-- It's still one of the "tougher" sports to shoot for me.
